Bruce Kernow is enjoying a long career in the music industry. As a teenager he discovered the harmonica and has remained dedicated to exploring the instruments possibilities. He also plays stringed harp, piano, guzheng (Chinese harp) as well as having studied voice, theory, and composition. All this has proven to be a solid foundation for his subsequent work that includes 27 recordings or original compositions, as well as works on 11 non-original pieces. His recording “Harmonicaland” was nominated for Best Solo Instrument Album of 2004 by Just Plain Folks. His thoughtful stringed harp and piano playing evokes many warm feelings, and soothes the soul with each song. Give Bruce a listen, and we think you’ll agree!
